Yes. iLoft undertakes new basement construction, from planning and design coordination through excavation, the specified structural work and waterproofing to services, interior fit-out and handover. Feasibility and the complete scope are agreed for the property.
Do you also refurbish existing basements?
Yes. We can renovate an existing basement, including agreed structural alterations, waterproofing, services and interior finishes.
Can the complete interior be included?
Yes. Your quotation can include stairs, partitions, bathrooms, plumbing, heating, electrics, plastering, joinery, flooring and decoration. We set out the supplied materials and any exclusions before starting.
Can you quote without drawings?
You can start with your postcode, photographs and a description. A new basement needs sufficient site and design information before the structural work and full price can be agreed.
