DESIGN. PLAN. BUILD.

Your home, transformed.
One clear step at a time.

Here is what happens before, during and after your build, and what we need
from you along the way.

01

Tell us your plans

Share your postcode, the changes you want and any drawings. We discuss your ideas and whether a site visit is needed.

02

Agree the work & quote

We review the drawings and explain the work and materials to be included. We prepare a
detailed quotation and discuss timing.

03

Build your new space

Once the work and relevant approvals are agreed, the build begins. Your project manager
keeps you updated and discusses any changes with you.

04

Check the finished work

We review the completed work together, address agreed finishing issues and explain the
handover information and warranty terms.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A good plan makes
all the difference.

Bring any drawings you already have, a few photos and your priorities. We’ll discuss the layout, budget, access, likely disruption and the work you would like included.

Planning, building regulations and any party wall requirements depend on your property and proposal. We help you understand the checks and next steps for your project.

A SHARED PLAN FOR YOUR PROJECT

What to prepare at each stage.

Before the quotation

Tell us what matters most: the extra space, the rooms, your priorities and any budget or timing constraints. Share drawings if you have them.

Before the build

Clarify the specification, inclusions, finishes and practical arrangements. Discuss the relevant approvals and any decisions needed before work starts.

During & after the work

Stay in touch with your project manager, discuss questions as they arise and review the finished work together at handover.

Agree the essentials in writing.

Before work starts, make sure the quotation and agreement cover the details below. This gives everyone a clear reference as the project develops.

  • The work and materials included, and any exclusions or provisional allowances.
  • The payment schedule, expected programme and responsibilities for supplied items.
  • Who is arranging drawings, approvals and any required inspections.
  • Access, protection, waste removal and arrangements while your home is occupied.
  • How changes are priced and agreed, and what happens at handover.
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS HERE

Let’s talk about your home.

Tell us what you want to change and where your home is. Have drawings? Send them too. We’ll discuss the next step with you.
