We recently had an extension completed by Iloft Conversions Limited and we’re really pleased with the result. From start to finish, the team were professional, reliable, and easy to work with.
The project was managed really well by Elvis, who kept everything moving smoothly and communicated clearly throughout. The workmanship is excellent, and the team were respectful of our home, tidy on site, and always happy to answer questions or talk through decisions as the build progressed.
The finished extension has made a huge difference to our home and we’re very happy with the quality of the work.

We can't recommend iLoft and their team enough.
We worked on a loft conversion in a conservation area with them last year, a tricky small space which feels better than we could've imagined.
They finished the project in the estimated time (if not early). Their pricing was genuinely fair with no surprise costs. They were happy to pivot and respond to new design ideas - always wanting the make the best of our space.

A small job for them - partitioning a storage space to create a WC & shower room...
We started with the idea of just a WC and washbasin and got a quote for that, but then at the detailed survey/design we floated the idea of fitting in a shower as well. Project manager Elvis was a great help in identifying the perfect shower cubicle for the space. The job entailed taking up existing, fairly new, kitchen flooring across the half or the store room that was to remain behind the new partition wall. When they'd finished that floor was perfectly restored - good as new!
All in all an excellent job, done in good time with minimum disruption, and all decor properly made good.

I approached iLoft to strengthen the joists in my loft and install soundproof chipboard. They fielded all my questions at a site visit, completed the work ahead of schedule and achieved an excellent finish. We’ve completed several renovation projects over the years and this has easily been the smoothest, quickest, and most positive experience we’ve had.
From start to finish, the whole team were organised, efficient, and communicative. The project stayed true to its competitive budget, kept tightly to schedule, and finished on time, which made the entire process feel calm and well managed throughout.
What really stood out was how collaborative and adaptable they were. Our layout and design came with a few quirky challenges along the way (including our own indecisiveness at times), but every hurdle was met with professionalism, patience, and a willingness to find the right solution. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent, but equally important was the care they took day to day. The site was always kept tidy, they were incredibly respectful around noise and neighbours, and they made a genuine effort to keep positive spirits high throughout the build. Even our neighbours commented on how friendly, considerate, and clean the team were… including the grumpy neighbour every street seems to have.

iLoft was recommended by our local friends. We wanted to have a kitchen extension with some structural changes. Leo kindly came around to ours a few times to discuss the best way forward, which gave us the reassurance we needed for our first building project.
Once the build started, Elvis looked after us as our project manager. His involvement made the build very smooth; he basically guided us through the whole process, providing the best possible solution for each situation. We also highly appreciated his team’s dedication and hard work. It was refreshing to see such positive energy from them.

iLoft visited our property to quote for a loft conversion and repair works following a roof collapse. Despite repeatedly promising to supply quotes they are now not responding to calls or emails. When installing scaffolding their installers damaged our brand new windows and left litter on the roof and garden. They have taken the scaffolding money and now don't respond to any emails. Really disappointing service.

When deciding on expanding and improving your home, bringing in someone who shares the same values as yourself isn’t easy. The team from iLofts gave us the confidence from day 1 that they will do their best and ensure things will be done in the right way. From start to finish, everyone who we’ve dealt with, have been professional, polite, accommodating, understanding, trustworthy and most importantly respectful. The negotiation process and pre planning was simple, the contract was easy to understand and they always made time to discuss things. Even if we wanted to double or triple check something, nothing was a drama. We had a loft, first floor bathroom and renovation to our hallway. From start to finish they were done in 7 weeks! Astonishing! The workers are hard working, thorough and clean. Some days they would be here for almost 12 hours! Leo & Elvis have a team to be immensely proud of. They are a family run business and we felt so comfortable with them, they became an extension to our family. The most important reason as to why I will sing their praises forever is the fact that any issue large or small which occurred, Elvis (project manager) would act on it immediately, no questions. It’s only human nature that things will crop up, but when you deal with matters with maturity and respect everything will get sorted. This is exactly the way the iLofts team conducted themselves and we had an excellent working relationship throughout. I would recommend iLofts to anyone looking to improve their home. This is the second time we have used Iloft. They did a fantastic job on our double story extension two years ago and now they have done a wonderful job completing our loft. Elvis and the team are incredibly hard working and give their all to complete the job well and on time (infact earlier than expected). This review comes almost a year after iLoft completed our loft conversion (sorry for the delay iLoft 😊). Overall, I think iLoft are a great company to work with.
People
Most important to me is finding people I can work with. I felt comfortable raising anything to Simona and Elvis (my first points of contact) throughout the project and they followed through on every point. I loved working with certain members of the onsite team too; they ran crucial elements of the build by me and our ideas clicked without me needing to provide detailed explanations. On the people front I can’t praise them enough, particularly the management/owners.
Build Quality
The build quality is good. Minimal snagging issues, most minor enough for me to deal with myself, though, I have full confidence iLoft will respond should I ever call them. Regarding finesse, I usually assess this in line with the price paid and I believe it reflects good value. On the topic of pricing, anything additional I asked for was not extortionately priced.
Punctuality, Timing, Project Management
Extremely speedy (I was caught off guard), very punctual and reliable. There were one or two bumps but we worked together to resolve these. Sadly, builder quality in the industry is a mixed bag, regardless of the price paid I’ve had the experience of builders who don’t turn up when promised, delay work or are plain crooks. Thankfully iLoft were a far stretch away from these types of builders.
I’d recommend anyone doing a similar project to hunt around to ensure you’ve done your due diligence (as I did) but would wholeheartedly recommend iLoft. I think they represent good value and I certainly would like iLoft to take on more of my projects.
(Note: some of the pics seem the build is unfinished, this is only because I decided to take on some very custom elements myself, I’ll post exterior photos later)

It has taken us nearly a year after completion of our loft conversion and main bathroom to write our feedback. What prompted us not to delay our feedback any further is our recent encounter we had with the company. Recently there had been some really bad weather with heavy winds. Few of the chimney caps from our neighbour’s house fell onto the loft roof and damaged some of our loft roof tiles which needed replacing. We contacted them as soon as we realised what had happened, with no hesitation the project manager visited us on the same day and straightway replaced the five damaged tiles with no charge which was not their fault at all. Their customer support has always remained good and always responded when needed. From the start of the project right through to completion, their workmanship had been exemplary, with the highest quality and standard of work. Their workers were professional, punctual, reliable, trustworthy, helpful, respectful and highly skilled. We would recommend them with confidence.

I used iLoft to extend my kitchen and build out into the side return. They came highly recommended via a neighbour and provided the most cost-effective quote during the tendering process. From bringing to end, Leo, Elvis and the whole iLoft team have been nothing but amazing. They converted our loft space into a new master bedroom, bathroom and office. Having not done a loft conversion or any extension to our home before we were wary of potential pitfalls, but from the first visit to the very last detail, they could not have been more helpful and collaborative. They leave the place clean and tidy everyday, respond to any questions promptly, and deal with snagging quickly and without debate.

A high standard of work carried out by a friendly team of workers who always cleaned up after themselves.
